B&B Weekday Rates
Includes Monday through Thursday:
Summer Rate $75.00 + tax per night

Romantic Weekend Away Package - $175
Sneak that special someone away for a relaxing weekend together. Enjoy Friday and Saturday night in one of our Triple T B & B rooms and a romantic carriage ride (weather permitting). Also includes a bottle of sparkling cider and 2 champagne glasses. Valid for 2 adults.

Anniversary Special - $100 per night
Celebrate your anniversary at the Triple T. Make it a memorable occasion with an overnight stay (valid any night of the week). Includes one night stay in one of our B&B rooms and trail ride for 2. Valid for 2 adults.



Overnight stays at the B&B include a full country breakfast in our dining room.

Breakfast is included for guests staying overnight in the B&B rooms. Guests can also enjoy discounts on horse wagon, carriage and trail rides!

A cot or air mattress is available for an additional fee. Use of washer and dryer is also available for an additional charge.

Rooms at Triple T

Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Please call ahead if you need to arrange a different time. All rooms have wireless internet, cable television and a private bath. We also offer a flexible breakfast schedule where guests can choose their dining time.

Policies
Reservations required. Must have a valid credit card to hold rooms.

  • Cancellation Policy - Cancellations within 24 hours of reserved date will be charged full rate. Reservations can be held with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
  • Public areas include the living room, dining room and downstairs half-bathroom, and the in-ground swimming pool (open during summer months, May through August).
  • Guests may use walking trails in woods.
  • Guests will be provided individual room and house keys which must be returned upon checkout, otherwise a re-keying fee of $125 will be charged.
  • Please notify us of any health/food restrictions. Breakfast is served in the dining room with flexible serving times.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the Triple T Bed & Breakfast. Guests may smoke in designated areas outside of any Triple T buildings, please be considerate of other non-smoking guests. 
  • We offer limited accommodations for guest pets for an additional fee, please inquire if interested.
  • Private, off street parking is available.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Credit card information will be kept on file to collect payment in the event of damages or excessive cleanup after guest departure.
