The Guest House

The Guest House is PERFECT for business travelers seeking corporate lodging or out-of-town guests. Relax in your home away from home in a peaceful, wooded setting located next door to the Triple T B&B.
Enjoy the following:

  • includes a kitchen for preparing your own meals
  • discounts on horse activities for guests staying overnight
  • special discounts on extended stays lasting 2 or more weeks

It's also perfect for extended stay out-of-town guests in town for weddings, reunions or graduations. If there isn't enough room at the Guest House, you can also rent rooms at the Bed & Breakfast.

Guest House Weekend Rates
Includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - $125.00 plus tax per night
(rate based on double occupancy - your children under 18 stay free)
$10.00 for each additional adult, additional fee for pets.

Guest House Weekday Rates
Includes Monday through Thursday - $110.00 plus tax per night
(rate based on double occupancy - your children under 18 stay free)
$10.00 for each additional adult, additional fee for pets.

Additional Information:  

  • Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Please call ahead if you need to arrange a different time. 
    Please note:     Breakfast is not included in your stay at the Guest House.
    You can enjoy a homemade breakfast at the B&B for an additional charge
    of $7.00 per person, please let us know if you'd like to add breakfast
    when you check in. Please notify us of any health/food restrictions.
    Breakfast is served in the dining room at the B&B.
  • Use of air mattress and cot available for an additional charge.
  • Use of washer and dryer is also available for an additional charge.
  • The Game Room in the Guest House is a common area for guests of the
    Bed & Breakfast and Guest House. The doors to the other rooms in the guest house are locked for your privacy. The Game Room closes at 7:00 PM.
  • Guests can also enjoy discounted horse wagon, carriage or trail rides!
  • Special multiple weeks and extended stay monthly rates are available, please call for additional information.

FAIR SPECIAL

  • Save 15% on your night stay at the B&B or Guest House if you stay during the Hancock County Fair. Valid Wednesday, August 27th through Sunday, August 31st 2008. Be sure to mention the fair discount when making your reservation.

    Two rooms have queen-sized beds and the other has a double bed, each room has cable television and wireless internet access.

    Our game room includes ping-pong, air hockey and foosball games. This room can also be converted into a large, open meeting space. You can also enjoy a workout in the exercise room.

       

        

    Policies:
    Reservations required. Must have a valid credit card to hold house rental.
    Cancellation Policy     - Cancellations within 24 hours of reserved date will be charged full rate. Reservations can be held with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
    Pet Policy - Pets are allowed at The Guest House for an additional fee. Must be housebroken and kept under owner's control. Owner is responsible for any damage caused by pet.
    Smoking - Smoking is not permitted inside The Guest House but is allowed in the designated smoking areas outside. Please dispose of waste properly and please be considerate of other non-smoking guests.
    Parking - Private, off-street parking is available.
    Keys - Guests will be provided house keys which must be returned upon checkout, otherwise a re-keying fee of $125 will be charged.
    Please note:
    - Credit card information will be kept on file to collect payment in the event of damages or excessive cleanup or for any missing items after guest departure.
    - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    Guests also have the use of the kitchen which includes a microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Guests can also relax in the living room and watch television.
